How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order to the United States, with no minimum.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and most arrive within 7 to 14 business days after shipping. A few items ship from our US warehouse and arrive sooner. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order includes a tracking link. Tracking can take 2 to 5 days to show its first update after the label is created.
Will my items arrive together?
If you order more than one product, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive on different days. You will never pay extra shipping for split packages.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. Damaged, defective, or wrong items are replaced or refunded for free, no return shipping needed. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing it. Email contact@luminouslabs.dev with your order number. After 12 hours the order is already being packed, so please use the return process instead.
Do your electrical products work in the US?
Yes. Plug-in products ship with a US plug and support 110V. USB-powered products work with any standard USB adapter, laptop, or power bank.
Is my payment secure?
Checkout is handled by Shopify Payments with bank-level encryption. We never see or store your card details.
