Returns and Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Personal care items such as eye massagers and foot warmers can be returned only if unopened, for hygiene reasons.
- Sale items are eligible for store credit.
How to start a return
Email us at contact@luminouslabs.dev with your order number and a short description of the issue. We will reply within 1 business day with return instructions. Please do not send items back before hearing from us.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and you will not need to ship the item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Late or lost deliveries
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, let us know and we will reship it or refund you in full.
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the order is already with our fulfillment partner, so please use the return process above.
