Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. We are working on adding more countries soon.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days after shipping. A few items ship from our US warehouse and arrive faster. Delivery times can be longer during holidays, severe weather, or customs checks.

Tracking

Use the tracking link in your shipping email to follow your package. Tracking can take 2 to 5 days to show its first scan after the label is created.

Multiple items

If you order several products, they may ship separately from different warehouses and arrive on different days. You will receive tracking for each package, and you will never pay extra shipping.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email contact@luminouslabs.dev within 12 hours and we will update it. We cannot redirect packages once they have shipped.
