Welcome to Cozy & Co. By placing an order on this website you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you buy.

1. Our store

Cozy & Co. sells home comfort products and everyday gadgets online. Products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners to you. We do our best to describe every product accurately, but colours and minor details may vary slightly from the photos.

2. Orders and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment provider. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is listed at an incorrect price or is out of stock. If we cancel an order, we will refund you in full.

3. Shipping

Shipping is free on every order. Delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks the package as delivered.

4. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Product use and safety

Electrical products must be used with the correct voltage and in line with the instructions supplied. Heated products should not be used while sleeping or by anyone unable to remove them without help. Cozy & Co. is not liable for damage caused by misuse.
